Sakura Exchange GUAN, INC. Web Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the conditions of use for the web service ("Service") provided by SAKURA EXCHANGE GUAM INC. ("Company").

 All users ("Users") of this Service are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

User Registration Users can start using the Service after agreeing to these Terms and completing the specified registration process. The Company may refuse registration if any of the following conditions apply: The User has violated or is judged by the Company to have violated these Terms in the past. Registration was done fraudulently. Any other reason the Company deems registration inappropriate. User ID, Password, and Private Key Management Users are responsible for the management of their private keys, User IDs, and passwords.

Service Fees and Payment Method

The fees for using this Service and payment methods shall be separately determined and published by the Company.

Prohibited Actions

Users must not engage in any of the following actions when using this Service: Violate laws or public morals. Engage in criminal conduct. Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties. Defame the reputation or credibility of the Company or third parties. Cause economic damage to the Company or third parties. Exploit security vulnerabilities. Attempt unauthorized access. Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the Company.

Suspension or Disruption of Service

The Company may suspend or disrupt the entire or part of the Service without notice for any of the following reasons: System maintenance, inspection, or updates. Force majeure such as fire, power outage, or natural disaster. Any other circumstances where the Company deems providing the service is difficult.

Disclaimer

The Company may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service without notice. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred in relation to the Service. The Company is not responsible for any troubles between Users or between Users and third parties.

Entire Agreement Clause

These Terms constitute the entire and final agreement concerning the use of the blockchain service, superseding all prior oral or written negotiations, agreements, or understandings. Users shall have no legal rights regarding any agreements, promises, or guarantees not included in these Terms. Changes or additions to these Terms are invalid unless agreed upon in writing by the Company.

Limitations and Legal Compliance for Blockchain Functions

The bridge or swap services provided by the Company or third parties are not targeted at residents of Japan. Users must comply with the laws of their respective countries and agree to use these services, which automatically swap certain crypto-assets when sent to a smart contract address by the User.

Revision

The Company may revise these Terms as deemed necessary, without notice to Users.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted under the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the state courts in Guam, United States.
